Eligibility Requirements for Punjab Highway Patrol Police Jobs 2025

1. Age Limit 

• Constable and Lady Constable age range: 18 to 25 years old
• Driver Constable: 21–30 years old (needs two years of driving experience and a current LTV license)

2. Physical Fitness 

• Male height: 5 feet 7 inches
• Female height: 5 feet 2 inches
• Male chest: 33 inches (extended by 1.5 inches)

3. Education Required 

• Candidates should possess a minimum of an FA, F.Sc., or an equivalent degree from an recognized board.

4. Requirements for Running 

• Male Prospects: 7 minutes for 1.6 kilometer
• 1.6 kilometers in 10 minutes for female candidates

5. Experience as a Driver Constable

• Applicants for the position must have at least two years of driving experience in addition to an LTV (light transport vehicle) license.

• Application Form Completed Required Fees for Attested Photocopies of Certificates: Rs. 300 Dated March 17, 2025, Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) Submissions are accepted until March 31, 2025.
• The Punjab Highway Patrol’s (PHP) Regional Office has information on the recruiting timetable.
• Candidates would not be given any preference based on factors like age, breast education, or height.
• Workers in government and semi-government organizations are required to turn in their applications by the deadline at the departmental level.
• Minority candidates will receive five percent (05%) of the total.
• Female applicants will be eligible to receive 15% of the total.
• Interviews will be conducted with candidates based on their height, race, chest measurement, and driving name (only for driver constables). written exam as well as an interview.
• The candidate’s recruitment will be terminated and legal action will be taken if it is discovered that any of the candidate’s educational credentials, residence, national identity card, and medical certificate are fraudulent or unconfirmed at any point throughout the verification process.
• After receiving security clearance, the first chosen applicants will appear before the medical board; color-blind applicants will not be considered for employment.
• Physical measurements will only be possible for candidates whose applications are deemed comprehensive. Any costs incurred by the candidate during the various phases of the selection process will not be refunded. The relevant Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) Regional Office would be the site of the physical measurement.
